What happens when you died and a couple of unlikeable strangers took over your house? As a ghost, the only thing to do is to scare these people off. But what if these strangers happen to like the idea of an afterlife? Average ghostly antics just won’t do the trick anymore. It’s about time you call for an expert. This is when Beetle Juice comes in and saves the day.

Everything about this movie is just charming. Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis were hilarious as a couple clueless about the afterlife. Michael Keaton as the Beetle Juice is just so funny and annoying at the same time. Tim Burton is really best at this kind of stuff - weird, funny, out of this world - and yet you still find sense in it.
